Our order processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
The total estimated delivery time, including order processing and shipping transit time, is typically 3-6 business days.
Shipping Days
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
If free shipping is available, it will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery Area
We currently ship to the countries and regions available during checkout. If your shipping address is not supported, you will not be able to complete your order for that location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Delays

Lost or Missing Packages
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, household members, building management, front desk, mailroom, or local carrier office.
